Returns

We can only exchange products if they are found to be either defective or damaged. In the circumstance where you consider that a product is either damaged or defective, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of receiving it.

Please contact us at returns@winlock.co with details of the product and the damage/defect and we can assist you with the return shipping process.

Steps for Returns:
Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. Pack the item and your completed returns note in its original packing material. Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 10 working days from dispatch date for local orders, or 20 working days for international orders.

Kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. You will be responsible for the postage costs of returns and for the returned item until it reaches us. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. If your return is accepted, we will rearrange a new set due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product. Please note that returns will be provided only in the form of the same product.
